# Site Management

You can manage and configure various settings related to individual sites in the Site Management section

-   **Site List:** The Site List displays the sites currently associated with your study
-   **Target Enrollment Count:** The field allows you to set the desired number of participants you aim to enroll in each site.
-   **AI Scribe:** The "Enable AI Scribe" option enables or disables the use of an AI-powered transcription tool for assisting in data collection or note-taking.
-   **Data Use Permission:** This section provides options regarding the use of collected data by Talosix.
-   **Include Site Name In Analytics**: Enable this option if you want to include the site name as a factor in the data analytics or reporting process. This can provide insights into site-specific performance.
-   **Data Retention Period**: Set the duration for which data collected from the site will be retained.
-   **Date Activated**: This field displays the date when the site was activated in the study.
-   **Status**:
    -   **Active**: A site with the "Active" status is fully operational and participating in the study.
    -   **Closed:** A site with the "Closed" status has completed its participation in the study. When a site's status is "Closed," the following actions occur:
        -   Edit permissions are revoked for site users who can edit data.
        -   No further data edits are allowed, ensuring data integrity.
        -   New queries, comments, and forms cannot be added.
        -   Patients from "Inactive" or "Closed" sites have read-only access.
    -   **Inactive:** An "Inactive" site is temporarily not participating in the study.
