Create a New Site

To create a new site for your study, follow these steps: 

  1. Navigate to the Admin Tools on the left-side menu then click on Sites.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the New button in the upper right corner of the screen.  A new screen will appear.  
  3. Enter the site name.
  4. Select the country from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the address.  
  6. Select the timezone from the dropdown menu.
  7. Enter the phone number and TIN.
  8. Assign the site to the study the site is associated with.
  9. Click Submit & Close button to finish creating a new site.
