Access User Settings

To access the user account settings menu, log in to your account and locate the bubble menu icon with your initials in the top right corner. Click on the icon to reveal the menu.

  1. User Name: Your name will be displayed at the top of the menu, ensuring that you are logged in with the correct account.
  2. User Role: You can view your user role under your name. This information helps you understand your level of access within the platform.
  3. My Settings: To manage your account settings, click on the "My Settings" option. Here, you can edit your profile details, update your preferences, and enhance your account security.
  4. Help: Access our comprehensive help resources by clicking on the "Help" option. This section includes FAQs, guides, and support contact information.
  5. Sign Out: To log out of your account, simply click on the "Sign Out" option at the bottom of the menu.
