Site Management

You can manage and configure various settings related to individual sites in the Site Management section

  • Site List: The Site List displays the sites currently associated with your study
  • Target Enrollment Count: The field allows you to set the desired number of participants you aim to enroll in each site.
  • AI Scribe: The "Enable AI Scribe" option enables or disables the use of an AI-powered transcription tool for assisting in data collection or note-taking.
  • Data Use Permission: This section provides options regarding the use of collected data by Talosix.
  • Include Site Name In Analytics: Enable this option if you want to include the site name as a factor in the data analytics or reporting process. This can provide insights into site-specific performance.
  • Data Retention Period: Set the duration for which data collected from the site will be retained.
  • Date Activated: This field displays the date when the site was activated in the study.
  • Status:
    • Active: A site with the "Active" status is fully operational and participating in the study.
    • Closed: A site with the "Closed" status has completed its participation in the study. When a site's status is "Closed," the following actions occur:
      • Edit permissions are revoked for site users who can edit data.
      • No further data edits are allowed, ensuring data integrity.
      • New queries, comments, and forms cannot be added.
      • Patients from "Inactive" or "Closed" sites have read-only access.
    • Inactive: An "Inactive" site is temporarily not participating in the study.
